Two Declassified CIA Historical Documents Collections

are now available online.
1)Family Jewels consists of almost 700 pages of responses from CIA employees to a 1973 directive from Director of Central Intelligence James Schlesinger asking them to report activities they thought might be inconsistent with the Agency's charter
2) CAESAR-POLO-ESAU Papers consists of 147 documents and 11,000 pages of in-depth analysis and research from 1953 to 1973. This will help studies on Sino-Soviet Relations.

**Neighborhood Change Database (NCDB)- Access to US Census Data from 1970, 1980, 1990 and 2000 in their census year tract boundaries. Also access data for all four decades normalized to 2000 Census Tract boundaries so that one can compare data for various years within the same bounday definition.
**Zip+4 CD (Standard)- gives geocoding of zip+4 to census block with demographic variables.
**Zip+4 with 2006 Estimates and 2011 Projections- additional of 60+ demographic variables and 2011 estimates to Zip+4 CD.

Major Change in Trade Data

1) Effective with Dec. 2006 trade data, USA Trade Online will include statistics on containerized shipments (such as vessel value and vessel shipping weight data for items shipped in van-type containers) with the port data.
2) Next month, March 2007, the trade data will be released using a revised Hormonized System (H.S.) coding system. This code changes will affect data bases such as USA TradeOnline, ITC and UN. It will also affect the SITC codes. See more details at http://home.stat-usa.gov/statnews.
